Tomatoes, Juliets 5# Bulk

This tomato is my go to for preserving every year.? Canning or freezing are both great options.? I cut an X in the bottom of each tomato and drop them into simmering water for 1 minute.? When they cool I peeled their skins, pack them into sterilized jars, add lemon juice and canning salt and preserve them for winter.? I make fresh sauce from these and I also put these whole onto pizza with fresh mozzarella.? This is a favorite.?
