Habanera peppers! These peppers were developed by a plant breeder over 10 years to breed the heat out of habanero peppers. These peppers have all the beautiful fruity flavors and herbal nuance habanero peppers without the mouth blasting heat. They are excellent as an addition to salsas ,chimmichurri or any other dishes where you might typically use peppers. They are excellent when prepared as one would Shishido or Padron peppers by blistering them in a hot skillet and serving with lemon juice and salt, these are much more flavorful than the aforementioned peppers. The culinary possibilities are endless for this new and amazing pepper variety.
