Garlic – Fresh uncured -each

What is fresh uncured garlic like?? Well, it’s very light in flavor and that allows you to slice it instead of mincing it.? It gives a great garlic flavor and texture.? It’s a little different when peeling the outer layer but it’s delicious and well worth jumping into garlic season early!? We do every year. 😉
