We have had the pleasure of working with Danny, a new Small Axe crew member, for over a month now. He comes from Connecticut, also from Maine more recently. He has a lot of farming experience and has a background in baking as well. Danny was heavily involved in the farm program at UConn, where he went for his undergraduate degree. He spent a season at Frith Farm as well. He comes to us straight from his baking gig in Maine, which he also has a passion for. After a month it feels like we have worked with Danny for years.
